The project aims to achieve a semi-automatic line for the integration of cylindrical cell modules with human machines, in order to improve product quality, enhance automation capabilities, and enhance the compatibility of various products.

1.Using cylindrical cell modules as the design blueprint, the first pass rate is 98%, and the final pass rate is 99.5%
2.The fixtures, fixtures, machines, standard parts, etc. of each workstation on this entire line are designed using blueprints. The customer supplied product materials are all designed with reasonable compatibility (except for special materials). Party A must provide corresponding parts according to the blueprints for Party B's debugging and acceptance.
3.The equipment performance improvement rate is 98%. (Only the equipment's own failure rate is calculated, and due to material reasons affecting the rate, it is not included in this rate)

5.The key workstation data of the entire line is uploaded to the database, and the final integrated total barcode is reflected on the module. All data corresponds to the module one by one, and the product has traceability.
6.Equipment color: The equipment color shall be uniformly confirmed by Party A, and Party A shall provide the corresponding color plate or national standard color number (provided within 7 working days after the agreement is signed. If Party A fails to provide it in a timely manner, Party B may determine the equipment color on its own).
7.The efficiency of the entire line, with a production capacity of 2,800 cells per hour.
