Its double-sided simultaneous welding design improves the work efficiency without the necessity to make sacrifice on the performance. Max. compatible battery pack dimension: 600 x 400mm, with height between 60-70mm. Automatic Needle Compensation: left and right sides consist of 4 detection switches, 8 in total, to detect the positions and control the needles. Needle repair; Needle grinding alarm; Staggered Welding Function Electromagnet device, battery pack detector, cylinder compression device, and service control system, etc, are installed to ensure battery pack is placed in right position and increase the welding accuracy.
