Equipment Features

Automatic Needle Compensation: left and right sides consist of 4 detection switches, 8 in total, to detect the positions and control the needles. Needle repair; Needle grinding alarm; Staggered Welding Function.

Machine adopts magnet adsorption, cylinder compression, servo control and other measures to improve the accuracy of the welding position.
